We ship all orders from our studio in Washington state via USPS First Class Mail within 3 business days. We are happy to combine orders, expedite shipping, or add insurance upon request. Please contact us for assistance and updated shipping costs.
All orders are shipped gift-ready, packed in gift boxes with eco-friendly packaging materials. Every package is trackable and will arrive to domestic destinations within a week or so. At this time, we only ship within the US.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist promptly.
Returns will be accepted up to 3 weeks after purchase. Please return items in their original condition for a full refund. Items that have been altered/damaged will be subject to the seller's discretion.
